Because Kali is a Martial art that has the knowledge sharing and application who ever learns it, . . . It is the Combat Kali that is the most gruesome Kali ever to teach , . . . The only kali that were taught to them is just for security.
You do have to introduce the concepts and techniques as well as drill them before getting to real-world application phases including full dress simulations.

All are mandatory skills for criminal negotiator and civilian can be taught the same skills in 8-hours format. "Try to do something" attitude is about the worst thing you can do in this kind of situation, it will result in more casualties than you would like. It is extremely negligent to teach people to think that this kind of disarm work. It sow a seed of fault confident and will result in someone losing their life when it can be avoided.
@@jovicastevic5300 the accuracy of pistol shots even by a trained person are not guaranteed . I point to a video of an ohio state trooper,exchanging fire with two suspects. I belive it was 30 or more rounds expended .from aproxmatly ten feet. No one was hit . So i agree
