I feel like women's indecisiveness is a cultural thing. For generations women were taught to stay quiet and let their father/husband make all the decisions for them. Now they have the freedom to make decision and men complain that they do what they originally wanted. Not to say that women are that much more indecisive than men. I know plenty of strong-willed women and I am a man who often takes a while to decide on something
100% I don't really care for the first comedian. Many women have been taught to be quiet. Despite there being men who support a woman's voice, it can be a bit anxiety provoking, thus the indecision. Thanks for noticing.
