I am just watching this but thank you so much for doing a video with no space because I was going nuts about not having space and this video has just solved all of my problems. Thank you so much again. ♥️
I have a question, how will you know that a piece of jewelry is broke if you don’t take it out and inspect it? I love your system! Just wondering how you go about that and keeping them in their pkg nice and neat?
This is very impressive but do you take the pieces out of the bags to inspect them for defects and then put back in? And then do you use a tracking spreadsheet so you know the names?
Where did you get the template & design for your jewelry care cards? Do you print them 2 on a page & then cut them? Do you do live shows? Are you on FB? Thanks for your organizing tips! Btw, I have the same 10 drawer system, but I only have 1, and its multicolored!
Kelly P - I purchased the unit with multicolored drawers at a yard sale. A child thought the plastic bins were in need of color, Sharpie scribbles everywhere. I scrubbed them and completely covered them with contact paper from Dollar Tree. (I opted for the black & white design. First I covered the fronts and sides. I used random scraps on the back ends and interior bases. Those are rarely visible so no worries re matching patterns.) I scrubbed and slapped a coat of white paint on the frame, not only to be more cohesive look but I had more Sharpie marks to cover. I avoid spray paint, the fumes make me ill. I found a can of white paint in the OOPS section in Home Depot. I do not sell Paparazzi, I actually never heard of it until TH-cam added a video to my list. But I do sell jewelry, mostly my own creations. I store components for jewelry making and a few completed items in my storage bin unit. I foumd it challenging to label the drawers until I created my own mini Dry Erase Boards. I cut 4"x5" pcs from cardstock (I used teal but bright pink for Paparazzi would be striking), and completely covered it with clear packing tape. That becomes the dry erase boards. I tape the top of the D.E.B. pcs to the front end of each drawer, that way I am not trying to write info while the pcs are attached to the drawer.
Hi love your video. I know you organize by color, but how do you remember or reference the items you customer;s want? Like someone shows me a pic, but i don’t remember the name of the item... help!
Christi Hurley thank you! Do you take the pieces out of the packaging and repackage them and then place them in your organizer bins? Thanks for responding!
It honestly just depends. I can have some pieces, usually rings, that discolor right away and some years! Usually with the rings though its the PH balance in your system. ;)

How long does paparazzi jewelry last before it starts to discolor or fade?

The jewelry can become new again with the silver and gold jewelry wipes from Walmart! Hope this helps
When you say alphabetically, do you mean by the Paparazzi name?
Tia Horton yes :)
