Saw Dr Hicks in revival Ebenezer Baptist Church, Portsmouth, Va. I thought I had encountered a pompous Baptist preacher from DC, until I heard him preach. Then I realized pre-judging is prejudice. I shut the devil out realized Dr Hicks helped me immensely with his great, personal reality in his book,Preaching Through A Storm." Lesson for me personally, never judge a person you don't know.
