  • On the 12th of March 2023, my cousin and I ticked off a bucket list item and it was UNREAL! Shark cage diving felt like being in a movie and I haven't felt this free in a really long time. This is a little video that we got from Marine Dynamics who kindly documented our trip. 🦈
Gerome and Taijm, I hope you guys have a safe flight home. Hopefully we meet each other again one day 😁

Hey Nelia! Any updates on your foot? Average steps per day? Running? Pain? Looking to have surgery next month. I hope you are well!

Hello Andrew! Thank you for your comment. The foot is doing really well. I went hiking recently and walked over 10km, my foot felt perfectly fine. Still easily managed to walk the dogs that evening as well. Running is going really well. Pain is mostly non-existent, when I do have any pain it's usually around my ankle and even then it's minimal.
Average steps per day are currently between 7000 and 10000.
Good luck with your surgery! I wish you a fast and smooth recovery.

Are the great whites back in South Africa? I was there in 2018 when they disappeared ( because of killer whales they assumed ) I know the bronze whalers and sevengills took their place but are the whites back?

At the time that this was filmed, we were told there were some great white sightings earlier that week. We didn't manage to see any on our short trip out there, but I know a different group got to see one on that same day. Not sure if they are still around now.
