October is a Good period to travel Paris. We were there last year for a week. Eiffel Tower be sure to book online in advance and so also the Louvre and Versailles Palace. Don't miss Montmortre Basilica. Nearby Monmortre dont miss the artists who create your portraits and the restaurant area that is very lively in the evening. You can use the unlimited ride metro card to go up on the Funicular and no need to buy a separate ticket. go to Galeries Lafayette its a mall / store and go to the Rooftop terrace (FREE... I mean FREE) for a spectacular view of the city and The Eiffel Tower. Also take Red Line metro from galleria area to "Centre Georges Pompidou's" a unique building free entrance and from the upper floors of that building you can see the city skyline view. That area is nice to walk by. The metro is really easy and very convenient and if you plan well can cover all in 4 days. The Big bus is only good for 1 day trip if you want to see the places from the bus . No fun unless you walk the city.

Oct is autum season in europe. Not hot not too cold. So normal full clothing with a simple jacket in case required. We have a dedicated video on our channel for clothing in different months 😀
