I'd say it's worth it. There are other utilities other than her shields. Like when she cast the extra shields, it counts as an extra action. But if you don't want it rn, you can get her on the special 100% banner.
@yatagarasu_merui she gives buffs for the shielded allies as well right? Might wait a bit more to see what next batch of buffs the CN server will have for the next patch
Only Mats, mostly for Euphoria buff. But I'd say it's worth it because of how good the buffs are in general. Lilya is essentially just as strong as Jiu now. The fact that they are giving you a lot of those mats makes me think they are going to make buffs every version.

She's decent. Not bad but not the best. The thing is it would depend on what the bosses gives and wants. And you can use Lucy but I think the bosses rn doesn't need what she provides (If I remember correctly, there's a lot of nodes). And even if she gives what the bosses wants, A lot of the buffs are locked with Afflatus

Would hopscotch be ok on Joe i spent my orbs to get outside the city for the future Lilya buff.
So this end comtent you need specific team builds to clear otherwise skill issues

Technically, yes, characters can only be used once.
There's also the playable boss stuff, which gives you buffs and deals damage.
