- Hey guys!!
We invited UK no 1 and world no 25 Liam Pitchford to open Pingpod UK, the first PingPod in Europe!
TTD and PingPod have partnered up to create an epic, state of the art, fully autonomous table tennis venue in Bristol, UK! We invited players down from the local community to come and have a knock with Pitchford and check out this INSANE venue and tech that PingPod offers!
So enjoy the video and let us know what you think of the latest PINGPOD!
Would you like to see one in your city?
Like and subscribe for me Table Tennis content!
Who's tried out a Pod yet? 😍🏓 Like and Sub for more 🔥🔥🔥
We definitely need one in Germany and I'd be visiting it for sure
@@Jannisgrbwe need in LatinAmerican like Brasil, Argentina and Chile
Sadly not we need one near Abilene TX. We don't have a club there, in fact. The closest club to us is like three hours away.
@@AndersLindFan too sad
There isn't one in the Netherlands. I don't know if people here will pay for this, because table tennis isn't a big sport here. Padel is now hot here. Also inside. I still hope table tennis will someday win in popularity here.
You deserve all the success you get Dan. You do a lot for Table tennis, a good guy
Such fantastic news, Pingpod in the UK (not in London for once 😉) Great work & such a great chap Liam!
What a milestone! I'm proud of you guys!
I actually live near Bristol! might check it out.
Wow impressive to get a game point against Liam 😱
That's awesome!
amazing video but what's the business model here with 3 tables
Congratulations!!!
Liam is amazing
It would be good if local councils invested in these?
Local councils are broke, many are literally going bust. The chances of them investing in stuff like this is zero I'm afraid. What it needs are some entrepreneurs who know a bit about the game to see the possibilities. I'm sure if you plonked one of these in major urban areas such as Manchester, Birmingham, London etc. they would do very well.
Wher is frog and ranger and pocek umir
If Dan had do what he did at 5:14 to some American, he’ll be like “don’t fucking touch me. That’s gay”
Glad to see the donkey from pitch😂
I'm sorry, I appreciate the effort to make table tennis more popular, but why would I pay 20-30 bucks per hour, when I can join a club for less than 100 bucks per YEAR (in Germany) and play for hours almost every day in the week? They even charge for a replay...
in deutschland werden sich diese läden nie durchsetzen wegen der vereinsstruktur.

Was a privilege to be able to go to see the opening in person, amazing facility and very cool idea with the replay systems/high tech scoring screens. Feel honoured to have the one point I won shown as well and to witness your incredible match against Pitchford.
Thanks for coming Jamie 🔥 See you soon 💪
The peter crouch of table tennis
Lol 😂
it’s uncanny innit 😂
That’s such a great place to play! I wish there was anything like that close to where I live!
And congrats to the guy that won the 1 point challenge! 👍👍
Bravo! Great new addition for the UK Table Tennis community. I'm in the States but no PingPod close to me so far. However, we do have some excellent places to play close by even if not a PingPod. Enjoyed the video. Cheers!
Couldn’t ask for a better rowdy ol’ crowd to have at opening, bet it was a ton of fun 😁
I love to see this. I wish we had something like this in Berlin. Look how far you've come! I have been watching your videos for ten years now. You really make our sport more popular, thanks a lot for all teh effort you and your team puts into everything!
Nice one guys, looks amazing. You're making a living by helping to further the sport in this country - a win-win situation. Would like to have seen the Chairman take on Pitchford though 🤣
@@RusticRach I certainly hope so. I'd love to see Pete attempt the local-league clump, just once, against him!
You guys played him pretty good...
Dan is the saviour for table tennis. such a genuine and hardworking lad!
3 tables next to each other. *Insert :Two Soyjaks Pointing-meme-here*
Not impressed. Love the TTD team though and Liam. Always good to see some games from you.
Was an awesome day at the pingpod, what an opening !!!
great video as usual guys
Am ambassador for the game !!! Well done the venue looks insane
What you don't download very veideos
Very entertaining ...
The beast should’ve won for sure
Thats great! Would be fun to have such a venue here in Oslo now that the outdoor tables are getting covered in snow soon.
A love your videos is special
It’s always ridiculous to see a top 20 pro like Liam play against semi pros who are better than 99.9% of players and still completely crush them. Compared to other top 20 players he doesn’t have a really good forehand but against you guys it seems untouchable
Did you see him in the tournament last week? He made the final and only just lost to Hugo. He is playing brilliantly at the moment.
@@Wally-Hyes glad you mentioned. His performance there was absolutely awesome, especially after a rather long period of stagnation
First
May you guys review the hurricane 9 rubbers please? I’ve recently ordered 1 blue hurricane 9 for my backhand on my Long 5X, hope its good
Am I buggin' or Founder actually looks a lil bit sharper on the chin than before. Man's looking good
Miller Eric Johnson Margaret Moore Scott
Super, more PingPod place in Europe! Good luck for future.
Wow
6:23 Pitchford misses but gains a point lmao
SUPER свято привітання з України!!!
Dan, good evening from Greece, today you confirmed to me how good you are and compared to other TH-camrs of table tennis you are by far the best of all of them because you don't make our sport a carnival event but you and the whole team respected it, keep up the great work we follow you
Amazing setup guys! Congratulations! And Pitchford, what a legend, top bloke.
Love your channel and videos! With all due respect, the music really intrudes on the vibe and makes it nearly unwatchable for me. As viewers, we would feel more like we were "actually there" in the room with you without the background music.
hopefully they have more around the world.. bring some to Germany 🇩🇪🇩🇪
I forgot how good a day this was 😮 These videos really bring to life that the pro’s are just normal people, who laugh at the same stupid stuff we do 😅 Fair play to Pitch he was great all day
Congrats to the tabletennisdaily team. Deserved.
Can you do a Liam Pitchford blade review (including the rubbers he uses)
Hello. Please do a review of DHS Gold Arc 8, a ESN tensor by DHS.
Sending you lots of love from France! Keep on ponging guys :D
Congrats and keep working to make the sport more visible!
What a venue 🤩 1 point challenege was great to see everyone loving it and getting involved
Good Stuff, well done guys on keep promoting our sport.
Good tennis :) Greetings from Minsk.
Music ruins the video..
Yess the Beast is back 🥳
Nice 👍
get one of those on brazil, im sure on avenida paulista there will be lots of players
Is table tennis becoming popular in Brazil?
Hope I'm wrong, but if you're reading this in October 2025, PingPod has likely already gone bankrupt and shut down after exhausting their seed capital. The cost of playing at a PP facility is way too high for the average person and the sport will never be popular enough in the US and the UK to drive the foot traffic that's needed to be profitable. Now, if they made it a pickleball facility, they'd have a chance at survival.
oh nice, i was in bristol two weeks ago in holydays, sad that i know i mt know that a pingpod is there, sooo cool
switzerland needs pingpods
