Wow! That castle is old with so much history. Architecture classes, how to renovate a castle classes, history of the castle coffee table book with many pictures. It really is endless what they can do to benefit many and themselves. Thank goodness there are people keeping history alive.

I take my hat off to you. Gigantic task. Nobody needs to tell you, you did an incredible job. Duty and history........ the building reflects that

You’re the bravest woman to take in that vast if not humongous castle. I wish you all the luck and thank you for preserving the history of the castle. I salute 🫡 you.

2 million pound sounds cheap. Anyone with money could easily take it on and keep it going and make a profit on that money. However, you need someone like this lady to drive it, love it and really care for it. Well done.x

My hats off to this lady, she is doing a great service to her country and to history. When you have something like that you are really a steward, not an owner. It’s a concept I wish more people understood because in the US the government just adds up the possible sales price and then proceeds to tax it out from under you. It forces exploitation of property rather than stewardship.

Did she sey "a half share?" That is a huge project. Amazed the government let you work on it yourself (comment in the gov not Emily). You're amazing.

When you listen to this stoic woman about her renovation and the passion and knowledge for such a project talking to a bad presenter who brings nothing to this interview.

I’ve only been to Wales once, but I had a lovely time. No issues with unfriendly locals.
