Staps are meta , but I think Droidekas are under rated . This is the best legion stater box ! It's almost 800 point buy core essentials box , and you are good to go !
It's unfortunate that there's so many issues with what is included in the box, missing tokens (you don't have any shield tokens for example) misprinted cards and all that. Asmodee doesn't make it easy to get replacements either, at least in the US. I'd love to get this box someday as a second army to my Empire, but I have to wait until they sort out their production issues.
It is really frustrating, I didn't pick up the missed tokens until after. It really makes this a great set for newbies but with a long list of buts. As you say, it's a big shame. Thankfully I have spares from my rebs, but even so...
@@thedicegodswg I really is a shame. I'd hate for new players to get this and just get immediately turned off of the game due to the production issues. These should be the best way for new players to get started and playing with their friends but there's a huge amount of caveats to these sets. I've never heard of recalls happening in the miniatures space, but these seem like a good product to recall and replace by AMG.
with the production problem. Should I buy a separate box of unit, or this thing still be the better choose for me? I wish to make team B1 + B2 box + droid commando with AAT and count Dooku, any suggest here? I still confuse with team point counting too. Any help will be appreciated.
The Invasion Force starter is still a great way to go and you can download the missing bits from AMG here: www.atomicmassgames.com/swlegiondocs/ This starter is still a good call for what you're after. Just add in the B2, droid commandos and Dooku and you're there. With points, we use an online list builder from the Fifth Trooper, you can use it free here: legionhq.thefifthtrooper.com/ Hope that helps!
So my box came with the ability to build 4 droideka rolling and four standing but says it’s only supposed to come with 2 sets. Am I mis understanding

@slice1208 I do love the droidekas, and they're not as awful as I expected but.. for their points? You can do more with other units, alas.
