Just when I had thought we'd lost Alex to the dark side (Ableton, again) and the other darker side (spammy self-promotion), the prodigal son of Bitwig returns!! GLORY HALLELUJAH! I missed this..... and YES please on the pad tutorial.
Love the use of the project remote to create nice breaks. I think if Bitwig introduces global scales which then can be adjusted on project remote level, this will be a killer feature for transforming tracks on the fly.

1000000%. We NEED this. Ableton actually has the edge now in areas like that. Would love to see some updates to global scales and piano roll generative goodness
You can just make the bass mono by selecting polymer itself and making it mono, no need for the note grid, right?

You’re right - as it’s a bass we don’t want the notes to overlap. However if we DID like a single note melody that has overlapping notes this is the only way
New Bitwig user here. Thought I would just follow along but during the video I seem to have misplaced the top of my skull somewhere. Mind blowing possibilities here 😜
I know two other magical numbers: 120 and 150 where each beat is exactly 500 or 400 miliseconds respectively which are magically suitable to be used in calculations 😉

Never thought to copy and paste blocks as sort of a backup. Good idea!
