Last time I had a good brunch at Paul 4:25 was in September 2019, lots, lots Parisian locals going back and forth. Paul had outdoor free side walk sitting then. It was a busy but quiet local 11am scene for me. I can't wait to go back to Paris. (as soon as France/US open the borders.) Thanks for a beautiful walk. By the way, the staffs in Paul was very nice to tourists, such a nice treat of a traditional French hosting.
