Excellent review and spot-on! I purchased this one 2-years and, at first, I wasn't sure what I thought about it. But I quickly came to love this one. Oud, leather, powdery...okay, but to me this comes-across as the fragrant-smelling ash of a fine cigar (tobacco) that was dipped in apricot brandy and rolled in spices, with violet and perhaps some other floral notes chirping in the background. As this fragrance progresses, I sense a dirty-dried straw/hay accord although the aforementioned tobacco ash continues to smolder softly, and under control, in the background. I don't know much about coumarin, but I will assume the interplay of courmarin and some other notes give this fragrance its body, which really is Tobacco Blaze (aka Cigar on Fire). While this is not one of my favorite scents...it is damn interesting, and how Rasasi made oud, leather, et al., smell like lighted tobacco is genius. The drydown strikes a nondescript semi-dark/earthy accord; patchouli, oud, leather, woods and amber? Perhaps, but my nose cannot separate the notes...plus, that ashy accord--along with this fragrance quickly becoming a skin-scent at drydown--makes things a bit difficult on the olfactory senses. Longevity is excellent (9-10 hours) and it projects moderately for 4-hours before transitioning to a skin-scent. Overall, I feel that Tobacco Blaze can be a somewhat polarizing fragrance; some will love it and some will dislike it. Moreover, I have come to love Tobacco Blaze...it is well-blended and very interesting. The presentation is fantastic! Tobacco Blaze comes packaged in a handsome black ceramic bottle and an excellent magnetized faux wooden-box. Enjoyed the review, for sure!
@@Rico4801 imo blaze is better then pour homme as the later one is very potent and sometimes give headache when over sprayed.its strictly half or 1 spray away from nose area for best results.tobacco doesnt choke with overdose.both lasts 15+ hrs on skin and 24+ hr on clothes without any issue.
Nikhil nice review. I was almost about to buy this one but you saved me from buying this. it would be interesting to know what are your ten all time best fragrances.
Once again Nikhil comes to rescue 😊 I blind bought La Yuqawam Homme and was sent Tobacco Blaze instead. Tried a single spray and can't agree with what you've said. Was initially thinking about keeping it but after your video this is definitely going back. I'll stick with pour homme.
I love your reviews and knowledge of all of these fragrances. I always wanted to purchase the middle east fragrance but wasn't sure what was good and average. again Thank you for your videos and knowledge. Be blessed
I found Tobacco Blaze other alternative and 3 time cheaper is Solitaire by Al Haramain . It is concentre oil and cost very cheap. I am wonder which one first released :) If you have chance please compare Tobacco Blaze with Solitaire. S.M
Hello from Malaysia. If I have to buy only one, which should I get between the two for extra beast mode and extra longevity? Tobacco blaze or la yuqawam?
@@nikhilsfrags just received la yuqawam Pour Homme today. I really love this perfume. My first leather type of perfume. Thank you for your advice. Truly appreciate it.
@@donrock6503 I don't have an old bottle to compare but my new bottle seems strong enough but may not be as beast mode. Longevity on my skin is around 7 to 8 hours.
