Excellent! I’ve already looked at the OS to see where I could launch from that side of the river for the castle. That was great, also the circuit of the statue that I’ve only filmed with my my DJI Pocket2 (I think). No bother with officialdom?
@@johnnymac26 I was also thinking about the DL centre. Since it’s free to enter the grounds presumably you can launch. That’s usually the issue. If you were paying at the gate I think they can say “no launching drones”. Just launch outside😀 if that’s ever the case.
@@TerryMcGearyScotland I always park in dl centre if you go early enough always get a spot never been approached by anyone other than curious friendly people. It's easy to park at the pitches on old blantyre farm road.

No considering its national trust seems ok there are no drone signs at the castle now but they don't own the air
