Just a little helpful tip if you will mix a little cornstarch and water and add it to your stir fry after you add your sauce it will thicken it up and it will cling to the stir fry mix and rice better and it makes it so much better.
Just a tip. If you're gonna fish into the night and plan on trying some glow lures, I set my lures outside in the light in direct sun if you can. I have mine in clear boxes. They will glow for hours if they've been in the sun.
Those 9+" gills would be perfect size for frying up in that tent. Always love me some fresh fried gills and fries when out there on the ice. Those chunky boys filet up nice.
