Props for keeping up with Hanzo. He's awesome but requires so much work. Here's hoping the patch blesses him. Maybe let him combo into a special move like every other character. Or maybe have a reliable anti-air. I still like playing him though
That yoshi is literally doing the same thing every time he jumps. Glad max learned to air to air him near the end. You dont need to do anything fancy, if you know hes always going to be trying jump heavy just air to air him
That's the problem with yoshi. What make him appealing to ppl cause he is flashy but his option to get in is really predictable. His move also do really little damage unless he got access to his 7 sword. His DP range is like shit even jubei have better DP. Ground HS punishable hard while Jump HS quite good but if the opponent have a good DP like haoh... Yoshi can kiss good bye for his Jump HS.

Pains me to see max get one hit combo’d as Hanzo. Hanzo/Galford can teleport while in knock back mid combo. It requires quick double half circle inputs , which can be spotty online, and sometimes even punishable, but it’s usually better than taking 5 hits from Yoshitora’s standing heavy...or Jubei’s rushing attack. Getting the escape teleport off before Jubei lifts off on that attack is a great feeling.

But I was interested in seeing KI a few years ago. Was doing some research on Rash from Battletoads. Stumbled upon Max’s channel. Smart dude, love his passion for fighting games. I like the videos where it’s more talking about the differences in games, the artwork, mechanics, etc more than him actually playing games. But I still watch him play games every now and then. I wasn’t impressed with this game when I first saw it... looked like it wasn’t much detail. I’m colorblind, I thought it was too hard to follow the fighters in certain arenas (backgrounds). But the more I watch, the more I kind of am digging this game. Wish Max would play with other fighters though.
Will you be at Evo Max? And when will you actually fight good opponents? Also why rage explode when your hps are full? And why do your opponents keep rage bursting round 1?
Thanks for putting up some perspective; it can be demoralizing when you think everyone else is breezing through and you're struggling. It's nice to know that even mighty maximilian has to struggle a bit in samsho, as well.

Are they going to add DLC characters to this game? They should add The Bride (Uma Thurman) to celebrate the summer of Tarantino. Her 1st costume would be Yellow Jumpsuit of course. But they could also give her a wedding dress costume.

I simultaneously think Yoshitora is really cool and really lame. His design and moveset are very interesting, but he’s probably the character I dislike playing against the most in this game.
