When you said it's "tailor made for her" I totally cracked up because she actually wrote this one and her middle name is Taylor😆😆😆
I cracked up because she wrote the song, but I never even thought about the "Taylor" part!

The fact that they all recorded this separately and put it together and it sounds this good is amazing
I think this song really highlights how much of a chameleon Mitch can be. There were parts where I thought his part was Kirstie, and parts where I thought it had to be Scott. Nope, all Mitch. I also really enjoy hearing more from the lower parts of her range. Being a high soprano myself, I am always in awe when a woman can sound so sultry in a lower range. I love that.
Like all the members of PTX, Kirstie has a fantastic vocal range, but I personally feel she sounds at her best in the lower part of it like in this track and also in The Sound of Silence. There's just something extra special about it which is saying something as she always sounds great. I suspect she is happiest there as well given she wrote Be My Eyes and so would have pitched it where she felt it best suited her.
I agree. I do not understand why they do not have radio time. This is wonderful and much better than a lot of music that is currently out there. Such a talented group.

Terrific reactions. I love this ORIGINAL song, with it's stunning visuals, and each singer looks so sexy ! It's fresh, new, and very "pop." BE MY EYES, in my opinion is talking about how overwhelmed we all are with information, and chaos from the world, that we can get help from each other. Each person is spectacular, and the vibe is wonderful. I love Mitch ! Thank you for choosing this !
Somehow I missed your reaction to this PTX song. This song has grown on me more each time I hear it. I love the feel of the song and their harmonics are superb as always. I love the cinematic theme as well and Kirstie blows it away with her sexy, smooth vocals.

Scott is playing the majority of bass(hence the not so deep notes)/background parts in this one & Matt is taking the place where Scott goes. Which gives it a different more pop sound.

Well, I would think that an advisor would be required to protect the individuals on screen and the crew since there is more than just the person on screen in the room. It definitely looks like a green screen, so I am pretty sure that they filmed each member separately to protect them. Even lip-syncing means you are expelling and inhaling any droplets in the room without a mask.
It is definitely a green screen with each person composited into the shot. I've been in TV/video production for 35 years and I can instantly see it.
Apparently Kirstie wrote this song as a tribute to a close friend who stepped up and opened her eyes about things in her personal life that she was turning a blind eye too. I have to assume it had something to do with the ex-fiance.

Sorry, bumped the send button. All of them are really talented writers. Scott has written several of their songs, as has Mitch. A I used to as well. Kevin has helped co-write a number of their songs. The only one I am not sure about is Matt.
@@williamhallam2449 Making this comment after the release of the new album. Kirstie wrote half of the songs on the album (the album's co-producers share writing credit with her, but I'm of the understanding that she was the primary writer of each song). Also, Matt gets a couple of co-writing credits on the album as well.
