After your clarifications from the Bank and response of PCDA it is very clear that Govt and Banks have great ambiguity about the pensioners. We support your agitation to look into the grievances seriously by Govt to safeguard the interests of the pensioners.
Somedays back hou have discussed this case with Defence Coordination of PNB MajGen Ravi Shukala who stated that PNB senior officers meeting shortly to discus this issue. But now you are stating different story. Pl. clarify latest position so necessary steps could be taken to transfer my account to other banks who are providing such facilities to defence personnel those are drawing their pension fron Sparsh.

I am Sub Bijendra Singh Sirohi (RETD) drawing my pension from Bank of India for last 25yrs.
Regarding DSP I too have made several requests in the bank to take me on DSP panel but didn't do,as a matter of fact bank employees even Br manager have no knowledge of this rule.
This is not a case of PNB alone, even in SBI also pensioners are meeting the same fate.
I'm with you in this battle of justice.

You have taken good issue in respect of DSP. As MOD is signed between Ministry of defence and concerned bank. Hence DSP facility to defence person should not be denied.Another issue with SPARSH. Its another problems faced by defence persons, particularly family pensioner. Hence the SPARSH system should be stopped. Banks should be allowed to pension.

सर मुझे भी पी नबी ने मुझे भी रक्षक स्कीम से मना किया बोले ऊपर से नहीं हुआ है मेरा भी रक्षक स्कीम से मना किया और पीएन भी बैंक ने कहा कि इसका जवाब अपने डिपार्टमेंट से करो आपने यह सही विचार रखा हमारे साथ भी यही हुआ है सेविंग अकाउंट में ही पेंशन आती है रक्षक में बदल ली नहीं होगा ऐसा बैंक ने कहा है जय हिंद
