Love the exquisite guitar solo, the way it slowly builds in intensity over several minutes until the end. King's X will forever be one of my faves of all time, got to see them a few times in their prime including the Ear Candy tour. Heard "It's Love" on the radio 35 years ago and was instantly hooked.
Ty Tabor´s playing it´s soooo beautiful, original and personal that NO ONE until now could emulate him. He´s a master of the unpredictable and his solo albums are masterpieces of good taste, deep spirituality and Rock with HIGH levels of simplicity, complexity and...CLASS!
Well said my friend, the guy is a frickin' genius, wonder what his IQ level is at?? He's done countless great things with his music, what a champion 🏆!!
I'm totally addicted to this guy's music! Can't stop listening. Just met him in early August at a club up in DC when he was playing with The Jelly Jam - one of his many side projects. The guy is unbelievably nice, and willing to meet with the public that loves him. Great guitar player, but an even nicer guy!!
Me too.. addicted Crazy haha jelly Jam huh damn maybe one day ..weird thing I've met all Jelly Jam at different times! I met Rod Morganstien at a Dream Theater show in Long Island.. I'm from NJ " note" lol The show was DT Satch Kings X... My seats are at sound board.. maybe second section center floor! I look left in between bands .. I'm like I have to go say hi.. crazy thing Rod was talking to Meadow Soprano weird haha. So the Jelly Jam was in the House! Love the Jam!! Platypus Jughead was cool also!
Ty is on my list of favorite guitarist of all time He has the sickest/most amazing tone, through out his career, all the time Been listening to him for 30 years 😊
As a drummer I'm guessing the gloves are keeping Ty's fingers from the insane blisters you get when you haven't played in awhile... I can imagine a shoot like this was taking it's toll... Fingers as valuable as his are worth protecting...
This is one of my favorite songs totally reminds me of when my wife left me.... And how she thinks and actually how she still thinks to this day.... It's a pretty sad state of mind to be in... A ruler in your own little narcissistic world... But this song always reminds me of her. It's actually very sad and a lot of ways and a lot of people think this way... I may be wrong about the lyrics but that's just what I got from it.
Can't think of a single Ty song that I don't love. His talent is only surpassed by his humbleness and his willingness to share himself with his fans. Long live Ty and King's X..
Oh you got that right old chap!!! He's written countless killer balads with this format, him doing it all behind the instruments and the mixing as well!! Ty Tabor is an 👽 alien, no doubt, a good one, he's been sent here to save humanity's music collection 👍💯‼️
Amazing and under rated..this should have many more views...I mean many. Ive followed Ty and Kings X from The Beginning and seen them live 2 times.Awesome music and lyrics...you just gotta listen...Peace out....;)
This song is a masterpiece. I'm reading all the comments, and I love that even though King's X didn't become huge like they should have, they (and You) have a large loyal following in many diverse countries all over the world. That proves that people everywhere of good musical taste and understanding (many of them accomplished musicians themselves), recognize musical greatness when they hear it.
Nice tune...Great "The Jelly Jam" show the other night at The Regent (Arlington, MA 7/29/16)... 5 STARS! --Van P.S. The guy w/ the Little Martin Guitar
Awesome, Ty! You continue to fill my life with love & incredibly touching music. I believe I speak for all of us in the King’s X legion - please deliver a new album soon. Please? 10 years is such a long time. 😎
Very cool demonstration of Ty’s versatility. It appears he’s endorsing Orange amps for his lead tone. It has been interesting to watch his evolution from Lab Series through Egnater, etc., to Orange. Couldn’t be any more different technologies and architecture, but there’s no mistaking Ty’s tone.
I am a huge fan of the Naomi’s Solar Pumpkin album, which is where this song was first released. I actually prefer that version, although both are great. I think because I had time to really get to love it the first time. By the time Moonflower Lane came out, I was already sold to the original version. If you haven’t heard that album get it. It has That’s All which I LOVE. Yet another great Ty song.
It's so cool to see you playing a song from your first too albums! I prefer the Moonflower lane version to Naomi's Solar pumpkin but their both really good! Can't wait to buy your dvd :)

I can feel poor old Elanor Rigby's spirit twirling all over this beautiful piece of music.

It sounds just like the original. This song prompted me to move from Alaska to NC for my true love.
