The closest thing is really Uncommon Knowledge with Peter Robinson. Buckley was a conservative republican with some libertarian sensibilities, American conservatism is trying to conserve or restore and extend the classically liberal legacy of the American founding, some are more or less culturally conservative. P.J. O'Rourke was more of a libertarian. Try Thomas Sowell or Victor Davis Hanson for people like Bill Buckley, Greg Gutfeld is perhaps the inheritor of PJ's irreverent libertarian streak.
People don't realize former Republican presidents would be attacked and marginalized by current acidic, Trump-friendly members of the machine. I'll be glad for the day I can actually, as I have I have in the past, consider voting Republican. Unfortunately, it's no where in site.
