Absolutely nothing to worry about. A TINY percentage of the area of your fins is not completely covered by the resin. I had the same effect when I was manually laying carbon fiber fabric to repair my fins. I was extra careful to completely cover the fabric but for whatever reason (surface tension ?) they still appeared. Once again, absolutely nothing to worry about. You will most likely scratch them (mine are scratched after beating them up for 4 years on rock and corral) but they will perform as new.
for the price of this fin, I dont expect it to happen for sure since there are many fins does not have these un-covered dots and cheaper.

Holes are normal and i see no bublles
