So this shows you how to replace a WORKING window regulator. How do you replace one that is broken, IE, the window won't roll down? If the window is all the way up, how do you lift it up and out? Also, mine is a 1999 and has a different orientation and bolt locations.
i would recommend removing the door panel, getting all the wiring disconnected and just unbolt the regular as is. meaning don’t worry about the window going down at the moment. focus on the window regular bolts specifically. once all unbolt be careful while lowering the whole window/ regulator to an angle you can see the 10mms to separate the window from the regulator
My front passenger window seems to have that problem. I ordered a motor off Amazon and noticed in the description it says front driver window motor. Can I still use that piece for the passenger window or do I have to order the correct piece?
