I think First question answer should be illness anxiety disorder mam,as question mentioned visits of multiple physicians.
In somatic disorder,she should be visiting same physician on and on(according to the previous slide)

It will be somatic only since she is worried more about the symptom. In illness anxiety disorder she will be worried more about the diagnosis. Multiple physicians will be for both
