Personally glad to see you coming back even if for this short notice video. In my opinion, simmers usually forget that in a simulation game run in a platform like this, it becomes much more of a task than a fun thing to do as leisure. It is also a burnout. As a viewer, I totally see this happening not only in TH-camrs but to writers as well. Just don't forget that you hold the wheel on this, and it should not only be fun for us but for you as a creator. If it doesn't fulfill you, then you are right. A fresh start is the best thing. I am wondering what the new series will be, if sims 2 or sims 3? Or maybe another game at all. I completely sympathize with you on what you are feeling. I am in a similar spot with my work life, I studied a lot to become what I thought I was good at, only to find myself burnt out and filled with low confidence, etc. My job became an unwanted chore, and it took my months to realize that I needed to cut things and start anew. Nothing wrong with taking time to think and figure things out, this might even be for the better in short. Have a great weekend and get well soon!

Make sure you are taking small moments for yourself everyday! It really has helped me the past few months to take 3 to 5 minutes to read or journal when I have busy non-stop days. ❤️ Ah, I need to download that mod as soon as possible haha!

A few thoughts: Please don't continue to apologize. Do what you need to do to take care of yourself. Take a break if you need to. Experiment with other video formats if that helps. When that shopping cart showed up on my UI, I rage-quit The Sims. It was too much. It was another level of advertisements that I neither wanted nor needed. My husband has talked me into continuing to play, but I've never really got back into it yet. 4:18 That's a unique way to cook a fish!

My plan for my new legacy is for it to be less story based! I still want to incorparate a story, but it will primarily be gameplay focused like Honeybrew was. ❤️

Thank you! ❤️❤️Sadly, yes, I won’t be continuing the production of my machinima series. Because I’ve written 10 episodes worth of scripts, I may turn it into a novel at some point as a way to practice writing, as I’m pretty happy with the story I had written for it.
