Sir in the 3rd subdivision, you have calculated the (lambda)' but you haven't multiplied it with mu that is 4 according to the formula and got the ans as 0.9112. Pls do clarify

sir here it is written *avg of 5/hr* and *avg time of 15/min* so both are average so why are we taking λ=5 and 1/μ=15 ? when does we take 1/λ ot 1/μ ?

See the question once again, arrival is given as 5 per hour and service is given as 15 minutes. So we are suppose to take lambda and 1/mu
