When will there be a proper auction again with people in the room I'm fed up of these remote auctions it's been 3 and a half years since there was a last proper auction Covid is over now!
The guy with the London flat spent less than £5k? Looked like less than £500 to me - it was abysmal! But unfortunately, property is in such high demand, that he knew it'd be snapped up, cheap unmatched and all 😕
@@BlondePoisonn they follow 3 properties which have been sold at auction. They look around the property before auction, and get an estate agent to value it in its current state. Then they see how much it was sold for at auction, and interview the person who bought it. They ask what they plan to do with the property; are they going to do a full refurbishment, how much will they spend, will they sell it on or rent it out, etc. Then they go back to the property, hopefully when the refurbishment is finished. They look it before and after, then get an estate agent to value it again, and hopefully they've increased the value by more than they spent doing it up!
I suppose if you've got the money, it wouldn't be too hard to do. People who can do most of the work themselves rather than using tradesmen stand to make the most money out of it. But occasionally they show ones where things have gone wrong - they come across problems they didn't know existed and were very expensive to fix, or it took months to get planning permission etc.

Hello , I’m confused on this show , you buy a house then , demolition, then plumbing electricals and all doing it and sell?
