I went here last year on the way back from a trip to Cappadocia. Ihlara valley, Hasan mountain is the most famous place. This is why Cappadocia's neighbor is structurally similar. I think you should look at where the cities are on the Map before tracking them. And definitely Safranbolu, Birgi and Şirince are the first villages you should definitely see in Türkiye.
