    Hi I’m wondering what the 1:3 ratio looked like on the level 10! I didn’t see those results in the video so I’m very curious since I want to try this toner on my level 10 hair! I also have hand tied extensions and am wondering the best way to apply it!

    Hi, I have level 9/10 hair that is too pale for my skin. I ordered sand and ice-irise and want to darken hair about one tone and go towards level 8/9 sand with warm and cold tones, I also like to have a slightly pinkish or violet undertones in my toner. I don't want to go too cool. Will 3/4 of sand and 1/4 ice-irise be a good proportion or should I go 2/3-1/3 or even 1/2-1/2? Will sand darken my level 9/10 hair? I'm counting on it 🙈

    Yo creo que la mezcla 1:2 en la altura 8 quedaría más clarito y más bonito, para mi gusto

    Great video... do you tone the hair dry, or towel-dried? Thank you

    • @SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA
      @SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi there! You could do both. However, if you choose to tone on wet hair, make sure that it is towel dried enough to where it isnt dripping.

    Ugh. You didn't show us the after for the toned one with the 1x3 ratio (I don't think I missed it) and why doesn't anyone show a post bleach color that is in that yellow stage that the majority of people struggle to fix? A lot of non-professionals are watching these videos and if the pre toned hair swatches are already at a nice (professional) looking level then there isn't really much to show that we can't see on the boxes or swatch displays. Ugh or Oy to mix it up. My 8 inch roots are too yellow and my hair is untoned 10 and I don't want the big line/mark in my hair but I can't bleach it again either, due to physical limitations. It took me 9 months to get the umph to do my roots due to my pain issues. I just want to see what Ice will do to my roots and also to my level 10 ends at different mixture ratios. I would be cool with a nice ash root because I am 56 and my hair is in many stages of white, gray, ash blonde, ash brown ugh it is the worst. My hair is resisting bleach lift on only parts of my head and not others and I am too old to shave my head again. LOL. I guess I will continue the search. Thank you for the videos though. You do amazing work!

      If your hair is straight yellow it’s a level 9, if it’s a pale yellow it’s a level 10. You will need to tone with a level 9 toner. A level 10 looks like the inside of a banana peel.

    What toner to use to get rid of brassy tones on level 7-8 on the top parts of my hair

    • @SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA
      @SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA  ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Hey there 👋 when fighting brass at a level 7-8 you are usually fighting unwanted orange or orange/yellow. We would recommend using something in the IGORA Vibrance family, 7-21 is a level 7 with an Ash(Blue) Cendre tone direction, or even 7-24 which is a level 7 with an Ash(Blue)Beige tone direction. However for best results when dealing with a color correction we would recommend seeing a professional colorist. 🖤

    Its been quite a while since I've used these toners. Do these have the possibility of breaking the base? That's usually why I use Shades.

    • @SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA
      @SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Great question! These toners are PH neutral, so no shifting! They are designed to be mixed 1:1 with our BLONDME Premium Oil Developer 7 Volume for up to 20mins.

    what's the real difference between ice and ice irise? is irise just a little more violetish?

    • @SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA
      @SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hey there! That is correct! The Ice-Irise has got more of a violet finish for hair that you need to cancel out more yellow, like a Cendre-Violet tone direction. Where as ICE is going to be more like a Cendre Tone direction. We hope this helps 💜💜

      The BLONDME Pastel Toner Biscuit is a soft Beige Gold. It will tone down the white and help mute some of the gold in the hair while still leaving it more of a soft golden blonde. Hope this helps answer your question. ✨

    Thank You so much for Your work.

    • @SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA
      @SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello there thank you for your question. 🖤 When toning your hair there are some factors you need to incorporate into your formulation. When the hair is more of a orange yellow tone(outside of a banana or darker) likely your hair is not at a level 9 or 10 where you would see a very light pale yellow (inside of a banana) The inside remaining pigment of the hair at a level 7/8 is going to be a orange, orange/yellow tone. If you try to tone the hair with a level 9-10 toner the pigments to tone out the unwanted brass are not strong enough to cancel out that pigment, we would recommend toning the hair down to a level 7 or 8 to have the most control with removing the brass. Our | -1 | -11 | -12 | -24 | -42 | shades are great to use when wanting to remove those orange yellow pigments. Hope that this helps. 🖤

    what mix would you recommend to me if I‘m a level 9 (toned with ice irise) and my goal is a darker ash-sand blonde? 🙈

    • @SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA
      @SchwarzkopfProfessionalUSA  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey there! Hard to say without seeing the end goal photo. However you could try a few different combinations on some swatches first to see what you like. Sand and Ice would be a stunning combo, Sand and Steel Blue, or Even Sand over your already Ice-Irise toned hair. We always recommend trying out different mixing ratios until you find your most perfect shade. ✨

    So people complain you didn't show the 1:3 ratio.Why you didnt show the result on the video ? Is there something to hide? Was it a big fail ?
    And you answer all the comments by : "a new video is coming with adding clear to the toner".
    I understand that developper could have been used as the clear (to dilute the toner) and Schwarzkopf dont want that, they prefer that you need a extra product to get the same results.
    A clear answer to those questions would be as professional as you claim to be.
