yoggs insane early game though did make it a lot safer for him to float the zerus for as long as he did without getting majorly punished

When you never acknowledge the upswing - the way of Never Lucky. Granted, Kripp at times acknowledges the good fortune, just not as often as the bad fortune. This happenstance though definitely called for at least a raising of an eyebrow. I guess this is just our human nature, we're not very good at feeling statistics properly.

I had this shifter happen to me the other day. Shifted into Kalecgos on Reno, had Golden Kalecgos on 9 gold lol

At around 5 minutes I was thinking "imagine if he gets Kalegos from Zerus" and the next second he gets Kalegos, oof!
Holy shit, this has to be the luckiest game Kripp has ever had. He won 90% of his hero powers hitting the lottery, got the Xerus Kalygos, and even Moruzond gave him a triple on that 2/1 Divine Shield dragon. It's not even close to his strongest run, didn't get Triple Kalygos or that 7/4 chick that gives Dragons Divine Shield or anything like that late game, but the amount of RNG on his side this run was truly disgusting. Can't believe he actually lost under those circumstances, but hey, RNG giveth, and RNG taketh away.

Aidan Warren that would be way too OP, that would basically be a Deryl on steroids, and Deryl is already tier 1
what does yogg have to with you winning with dragons? it was the shifter into maligos that won the game, even more you didn't use the hero power to put on the board something other then the last buff card, so many times it was 3 buff cards and 1 gold left, if you sold the last buff card most times you would have gotten a way better card to put there.
I'd say it's the fact that yogg's early game was so strong that it let him float the shifter for as long as he did without getting punished

I like how Kripp got way more excited about tripling amalgam on Curator, which has almost no affect on the game minus the card the triple produces and doesn’t even smirk or smile when he gets Kalecgos on T3.
Tbf getting triple amalgam as curator is probably a tad more rare than kalecgos from zerus, although probably by a ton

Oh man, the comments did not disappoint.
Lucky tavern rolls, lucky Yogg hero powers, insane Zerus RNG Kalecgos right after hitting some dragons, stays low tavern tier for ages and gets mediocre midrange dragons from triples, still barely hits the Kalecgos power spike in time to make it to the endgame, gets insane amounts of battle cries from tavern and gets triple off murozond, still gets second. Almost the exact opposite of what the title and intro imply would happen, i.e. fast tiering up into good dragons that crush the game.
Tbh I'm starting to think Kalecgos isn't that great, especially when seeing a game like this. You need so many things to line up for it to be viable, the stats are still meh when you hit the dream compared to e.g. murlocs or menagerie, especially when considering that the dragons have pretty shit utility in the endgame, with no cleaves, poison, etc. Board space is also an issue, and Nadina isn't even a dragon and therefore not buffable.

Hey Kripp maybe you guys could consider putting 2 runs in a single video instead of 1 and start each clip from the middle of the run, since the beginning of the run is usually kinda boring and expected, the interesting stuff starts from turn 8-10 imo.

Got to admit, attack order of last fight was pretty terrible. Kripp lost a 50/50 into a 2/3. If Kripparians taunt dragon had of hit annihilator instead of reborn dragon, he would of won. If the opponents annihilator had of hit Kripparians Scalebane or Kripparians reborn dragon, Kripparian would of won.
How to win with Yogg dragons? Get a tier six off Zerus. No real strategy beyond that.
