Good to hear you had a nice stay in Oslo. You spent most of your time in my neighborhood Grünerløkka. Can understand how you love the vibe. And i dread Los Tacos, further down you find Mucho Mas, old institution on Grünerløkka and a whole lot better. Pretty cool you found Månefiske (Moon fish), it's a hidden gem that many don't know. Even people living in Oslo. Your pronunciations of the Norwegian names are not bad at all. Pretty spot on. The only one you pronounced wrong was Munch. It's pronounced "Munk" with a K. But most English-speaking pronounce it wrong
Fun fact - taco is very much a Norwegian thing 😆 We have something called Taco Friday. We have adapted them, so they're not the traditional tacos, but they're good and if you go to any grocery store there's a pretty big taco section

I don’t understand foreigners and their obsession over Norway having taco. What do these people expect us to eat? Only traditional Norwegian farm diet? We are modern international people who eats roughly the same as you. And why shouldn’t we? It’s called globalization, immigration and capitalism. I grew up when the Taco craze 1st started. Imported from the US. Now it’s as Norwegian as another staple, kebab.
