Conventional Settings:
L1: Air Roll + Powerslide
X: Jump
My Settings:
L1: Air Roll Left + Powersilde
X: Jump
My Camera Settings:
NO SHAKE
FOV: MAX
Distance: 290
Height: 90
Angle: -5
Stiffness: 0.40
Swivel Speed: 6.00
Transition Speed: 1.60
Demo Transition Time: MAX
NO INVERT SWIVEL

For keyboard it goes like this:
(QWERTY)
Shift + A/D + Mouse1 spam
Shift: Air roll
A/D: Left/Right, Depending on the Wall
Mouse1: Jump
You will have to put a lot of enery into spamming with your right hand, you might even want to change your grip or have no hold on the mouse at all when spamming to make it easier for you.
