Will say y'all machines are amazing to work with. I run a 260 Ton and a 60 Ton Baykal Alphas brake with the non-tounch Esa screen on both.
ONLY THING I CAN COMPLAIN IS
The people that are our machines services seem to never no the issue. They will spend days or even weeks at our shop calling people instead of fixxing issues.
For example, Tooling was dropped onto Cable connected to foot pedestal. This cause the machine to have no Ram movement, machine also wouldn't start its motor while this issue was a case. Spent 4 days without them finding the issue within the foot pedestal.
Actually funny because I was the one that found the issue and I was the one to cut into that wire harness and had to reconnect the wires that were Fraid.
Machines of Baykal are top of the line
Servicing this machine is terrible and people that come in to "Claim to be the Mechanic" are simply phone horses for someone that sits on a computer in the office looking up your machines.
