Craig is so wonderful. Thank you for having him on. He was also the architect of the genocide case South Africa brought against Netanyahu, et al. I pray he wins his election.

True, but also Sam Husseini was an important architect. His work on twitter and his articles may predate Murray's work. Their combined work brought about South Africa's case and Code Pink's national consulate campaign helped bring other countries on board to support South Africa's case. (Murray credited Husseini's work at the end of his Nov 13, 2024 article 'Activating the Genocide Convention': "Hat tip to the indefatigable Sam Husseini who has been pressing the Genocide Convention on the White House.")

The most dangerous precedent is NOT that Julian has been indicted for doing journalism - that in and of itself it pivotally dangerous - it's that the U.S. was allowed by its colonies including Britain to indict somebody for an alleged crime that supposedly took place outside the United States where the United States has NO jurisdiction. I remember that my father told me in the 1990s of the U.S. Congress legislating that any national of any country in the world could be indicted by a U.S. authority and then arrested, detained and shipped to the U.S. from ANYWHERE in the world. Do you realize what a flagrant BREACH OF INTERNATIONAL LAW and the "rules-based international order" they are so keen to pretend they follow. The whole point of having geographical polities (e.g., nation states) is that each polity only had jurisdiction over its geographic area. How pleased would Americans be if Russia or China claimed anyone including Americans, journalist or no, had violated a Russian or Chinese law - for instance saying they were guilty of espionage against Russia or China - and then had the authorities of another country arrest them outside Russia or China for shipping back to either of those countries?
Julian was outside the U.S. when they claim he violated the Espionage Act. The U.S. has no right indicting anybody for something that took place outside U.S. sovereign territory. What they have done is a terrible breach of international law.

Why couldn’t he be free on bail, why was he kept in high prison security with the most dangerous prisoners?

This is what happens when civil SERVANTS start calling themselves Authorities and Officials and we keep using those names and they get to rule over us instead of serving us. We need to start calling them what they are, civil servants.

He’ll be ok now. It would look too suspicious for him to die. Anyway, Epstein was liquidated because he was an intelligence asset and was a liability.
Also Australia would be very unhappy if anyone was to assassinate him - and that wouldn’t be good for diplomatic relations.
