We have an apartment in Dénia and must agree with most sayings and places in this travel guide. Another excellent restaurant (with the best vino de la casa) is Lungo Mare on the main walking street, Marqués de Campo, where they serve some of the best pasta I've ever eaten. (The best was actually in Düsseldorf, of all places!) Mala Vita is where we usually have breakfast, when having it out. Fun fact, the owner is a former french model. 😀

The dream beaches start further up at Las Marinas. The section is called Les Deveses and the beaches stretch as far as Oliva. Perfect for chilling, kite surfing and an hour-long beach walk. Nice Video btw :)

Not a particularly helpful video. Very small amount of Restaurants reviewed. Says she's a beach girl but doesn't like the beaches in Denia. Probably too much sand!

Hahahah! wellll... I think that is a decent list of restaurants actually, but yes, everything in life is relative. Maybe you were looking for a very long list. But how many restaurants can someone go to during a vacation?... And yes! I love the beach, I grew up in beach town in Venezuela with beautiful beaches! So I know what a good beach looks like :). Denia doesn't have impressive beach. Thank you for commenting!

Hi! Well I still have more to discover. I really liked the beach in Xavea more than in Denia. But I preferred the food in Denia. Altea old town was my favorite experience though and I didnt go to the beach there, but I saw it and it looks beautiful (sand beach!)
