I think you're underestimating the value of the speed upgrade.
It's a less obvious form of health, as it protects you by having you get shot less often.
But for weapons that pop multiple layers, or in trap zones with multiple things shooting you at the same time, spending less time in range is better than extra layers.

I think he's over-valuing the MOAB for sure, I think regen is what hes most neglecting. I think an extra layer every .3 is more value than the MOAB in most cases. Speed also gets removed by MOAB so it basically wastes speed upgrades too.

They should add special upgrades that are like the balloons that have protection so like a purple layer lead and also I’m thinking fortification but the fortification layer price increases with how much hp you have and it should work just like the ceramic layer too

This was so painful to watch, if you had just went around that corner you would've lived, but you just stood there and got hit. You would have been out of range of the cannon, and the dart monkey has terrible aim and slow reload!
