Living in the continuous presence of God. Let go and let God. Practice it over and over. It is a life journey. Particularly for a recovered alcoholic. Thankyou for your honesty
Thank you Christine! Your talk came at just the right time! We are continually struggling with my husband Peter who is in and out of the hospital detoxing. We are hoping to get him somewhere, but after he detoxes and gains some of his right mind back, he refuses to receive help which keeps us stuck. Anyway, since he is drinking right now my daughter and I are on the phone trying to figure out solutions. We did what we could do today and now I must stop taking it anxiety back as you have described. Thank you so much! In Christ’s love, Gina Scuccimarri
Hi Gina. Thanks for commenting. I’m agreeing in prayer with you that God has your husband in His hands and He will touch Peter’s heart and mind to agree to treatment. I’m glad the video reminded you to not take the problem and anxiety back but to thank Him that He is now working on it. God bless you. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
just for your info, Christine - your video was recommended to me by TH-cam. So... I bet it's a good feedback for you - the planform finds your video relevant enough to add it to the recommended (at least to me, after I watched video's on the same topic).
I have experienced and survived trauma throughout my life. As a single adult, it has been challenging to make friends and to find a church . I dont trust very well and overthink stressful, confrontual situations . 😢
Hi Sharon. Thanks for leaving a comment. As a trauma survivor myself I understand. I'm praying for you that God will highlight one or two people who would be safe (not perfect) to try making friends. Test the waters a little at a time to see if that person(s) seems emotionally safe for you. God bless you.
Amen!
