I love those kind of theory oriented videos. Thank you for putting the effort into making it. From my experience, understanding the theory behind colors, lights, materials, etc.. save huge time trying to get certain looks. In face most people give up creating good art, because they keep practicing without understanding what they are doing, which leads to painfully slow progress in terms of quality of their work.
Thank you for a great guide, is it possible to use both spec and metalness map on a material or is it just one or the other?
