- The Emerald Tablet, also known as the Smaragdine Table, or Tabula Smaragdina, is a compact and cryptic piece of the Hermetica reputed to contain the secret of the prima materia and its transmutation. It was highly regarded by European alchemists as the foundation of their art and its Hermetic tradition. The original source of the Emerald Tablet is unknown. Although Hermes Trismegistus is the author named in the text, its first known appearance is in a book written in Arabic between the sixth and eighth centuries.
Hermes Trismegistus (from Ancient Greek: Ἑρμῆς ὁ Τρισμέγιστος, "Hermes the Thrice-Greatest"; Classical Latin: Mercurius ter Maximus) is a legendary Hellenistic figure that originated as a syncretic combination of the Greek god Hermes and the Egyptian god Thoth.[1] He is the purported author of the Hermetica, a widely diverse series of ancient and medieval pseudepigraphical texts that lay the basis of various philosophical systems known as Hermeticism.
The wisdom attributed to this figure in antiquity combined a knowledge of both the material and the spiritual world, which rendered the writings attributed to him of great relevance to those who were interested in the interrelationship between the material and the divine.[2]

I’ve listened to a psychedelics reading of the tablets a couple times now. It’s basically just the audio book with a solfeggio frequency in the background. You can find it on TH-cam.
Something I’ve noticed is the work is delivered, phrased, narrated, etc, in a way that attracts attention and encourages meditation on the content. The way Thoth speaks is a type of art, perhaps one could say a hidden magic, that wells up some deep enthusiasm within my soul. I’ve had a few powerful spiritual experiences while listening to it and have just felt generally more alive and connected to The Source.
I've always pronounced his name Toth, maybe thats not correct but saying thoth sounds annoying to me. I know its not really that important, what is is where he was getting this information. Maybe we have become so distracted we choose to ignore some of the greatest evidence that proves life is interesting and talking about it makes us strange. Or is the answer simply that its enough to live a good life and love will guide us through that place should we allow it with a peaceful and quiet mind?

@@offlinecommando5839 I was raised Christian. I always had a deep love for the beauty and meaning of what Jesus taught and for the being he called Father.
As I grew to know Them personally, through prayer, meditation, metaphysical experiences, I came to see that the Father was so much more beautiful, more meaningful, more perfect than the religion I was raised in could comprehend or portray. I sought to learn of the Father from beyond the confines of the human dogma I was raised in.
As I searched, I came to see that so many people across all times had come to know the Father in such deep ways. They called Him by different names, they knew His heart just the same. They acted as his children despite their differences, each pursuers of beauty, truth, peace, love, meaning.
I came to see that those great philosophers like Thoth, Hermes, Laozi, Plato, Black Elk, all followed the same God I did, just by different names and from slightly different angles of perspective. Each soul’s path is unique, so the glory of God is manifested uniquely through each seeker, slightly different paths yet all leading to the same goal.
Don’t fear being led astray from truth through seeking wider knowledge. Truth will always overcome falsehoods, overcome fear. God speaks through all things. One free to seek God in all things is sure to find Him.

I've listened to the emerald tablets for 5 or 6 years almost every night. The vibration WILL awaken you even if you do not understand Thoth at first. Also I only started to fully grasp the text in the recent years 2020 and 2021 due to DNA upgrades. If you don't wish to read listen to the audio book, listen while doing something like cooking or exercise.
Cool,a friend of mine gave me a typed copy of them back in 1972. Since then two or three chapters have been added. Did they mention Zinuru in the version you’ve listened to? It supposed to be a mantra of great power.

Names are words of power. The name itself can be used to create power, however this is like doing the rain dance. Get the power, give it a name, and connect them.
Ever see a PTSD person triggered? That sound is the name of the power that's been flash frozen in them. Most have to nurture the power, flash freezing the power is also a path, but beware. Point is, slow or fast you need power with name. Name itself can only create the power of absorption of mind. However mantra had many more powers beyond that, and that can be had in many ways outside of mantra.

@@FractalCodex7 i have "seen" the same "thing". Only one time it was red and even little bit mechanic in nature. Second time it was light dont know about liquid, but ball of light that was familiar and full of love and bliss. This also showed me my false persona and web of thought and action every one is trying to escape. More you struggle, more you will get entangled when you fail. This was direct gnosis about my state. Then my eternal soul was revealed. It was culmination point of all my worshipping, training the body, reading yoga sutras, gita, vashistas yoga, upanishads etc. Indeed that was the web. For the man release is impossible, but for the god everything is possible.

Wow, l have known of them for yrs, but it's the 1st time l've heard any of it. That is the Wisdom, the bit l've listened to of Jesus, Buddha, Lao Zhou, Gandhi, just a different way of expression, different epoch, customs, language but the meanings of these great human beings & Thoth is the same. The Cloud of Unknowning, hopefully that's the title or its Knowing, by a anonymous monk writer in England from the 6th century wrote the same words as the others l mentioned, it's just the difference in time, geography, customs etc that is different. It's awareness, mindfulness to live in the moment is when you are in the place these beautiful people were, living moment to moment where all life, & the Source is in each of us. One Mind that we all are connected to, waves in a ocean. I went through a terrible heart breaking break up 3 years ago, over these last few years I decided to work on my self and remove from my self what the environment around me has changed about my self and get back to my true self. Bruh. Hermeticism is the basis of almost all alchemical progress. It's more like a direct connection rather than light inspiration. Alchemy even went by the names, the Hermetic art and the Hermetic philosophy.

Its because its a new feeling. Its in our instinct to fear the unknown. You were still holding on to your presence here. Still attached. Let go and just release your attachment. You wont lose yourself, thought it may feel scary, but contrarily you will actually regain yourself. The self that isnt bound by your attachments and bonds to vices or trauma, the self that isnt dictated by their ego, the self that permeates everyone and everything.

That's because all these facets with energy or wisdom are coming from reality. Yogis, Gurus, People who Channel from "angels" or "aliens". Bhuddism, Taoism, all of these things have remnants and at the core, the same principles or the same stuff. Because it is coming from reality. The "truth" of what things are just exists, and many things and people pick it up and use their own unique expression as a being to relay it to others.

Answer: While the idea of a second chance for salvation is appealing, the Bible is clear that death is the end of all chances. Hebrews 9:27 tells us that we die, and then face judgment. So, as long as a person is alive, he has a second, third, fourth, fifth, etc. chance to accept Christ and be saved (John 3:16; Romans 10:9-10; Acts 16:31). Once a person dies, there are no more chances.
To understand what happens to nonbelievers after they die, we go to Revelation 20:11-15 which describes the Great White Throne judgment. Here takes place the opening of the books and “the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.” The books contain all the thoughts and deeds of those being judged, and we know from Romans 3:20 that “by the works of the Law is no flesh justified.” Therefore, all who are judged by their works and thoughts are condemned to hell. Believers in Christ, on the other hand, are not judged by the books of works, but their names are found written in another book-the “Lamb’s Book of Life” (Revelation 21:27). These are the ones who have believed on the Lord Jesus, and they alone will be allowed to enter heaven.
The key to understanding this is the Lamb’s Book of Life. Anyone whose name is written in this book was “saved before the foundation of the world” (Ephesians 1:4) by God’s sovereign saving grace to be part of His Son’s bride, the church of Jesus Christ. These people need no “second chance” at salvation because their salvation has been secured by Christ. He chose us, He saved us, and He will keep us saved. Nothing can separate us from Christ (Romans 8:39). Those for whom He died will be saved because Jesus will see to it. He declared “all that the Father has given me will come to me” (John 6:37), and “I give to them eternal life, and they shall never ever perish, and not anyone shall pluck them out of My hand” (John 10:28). For believers, there is no need for a second chance because the first chance is sufficient.
What about those who do not believe and do not follow The Lord Jesus Christ? Wouldn’t they repent and believe if they were given a second chance? The answer is no, they would not because their hearts are not changed simply because they die. Their hearts and minds “are at enmity” against God and won’t accept Him even when they see Him face to face. This is evidenced clearly in the story of the rich man and Lazarus in Luke 16:19-31. If ever someone should have repented when given a second chance to see clearly the truth, it was the rich man. But although he was in torment in hell, he only asked that Abraham send Lazarus back to earth to warn his brothers so they didn’t have to suffer the same fate. There was no repentance in his heart, only regret for where he found himself. Abraham’s answer says it all: “And he said to him, If they do not hear Moses and the Prophets, they will not be persuaded, even though one rose from the dead” (Luke 16:31). Here we see that the witness of the Scriptures is sufficient for salvation for those who believe it, and no other revelation will bring about salvation to those who do not. No second, third, or fourth chances would be enough to turn the heart of stone into a heart of flesh.
Philippians 2:10-11 declares “that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” One day, everyone will bow before Jesus and recognize that He is the Lord and Savior. At that point, though, it will be too late for salvation. After death, all that remains for the unbeliever is judgment (Revelation 20:14-15). That is why we must trust in Him in this life.
