- Let's go to Ken's Artisan Pizza in Portland, Oregon for the world's best sourdough and pizza! It's my bread guru, Ken Forkish. Ken has an amazing story and is the author
of the bestselling book, 'Flour, Water, Salt, Yeast'. The breads from Ken's Artisan Bakery became an inspiration across the country and in my kitchen. Passion, bread and pizza!

One of the best new podcasts out there. Keep er up Tom.
Thanks, will do!
This is exactly what I was hoping for when you teased this episode a couple weeks ago. Perfect amount of baking deep dives and great stories. Thanks for making these!
Super Cool!
Nice! I'm glad you got the audio issue worked out, this one's nice and crisp through all speakers! Thanks Tom!
Me too!
So glad you got this guy. Loving this podcast, it’s right up my alley. I read Kens book on pizza and I feel exactly like you - started making pizza and now it’s become a passion. The Elements of Pizza is basically the all you need to know book on homemade pizza. Great book and awesome podcast!
Tom! Hahah Ken Forkish. I also have his book and have had it for like 10 years! Just started sourdough a couple years ago. Just made my first cinnamon raisin sourdough. House smells good anyways. I like your hair longer!!
Superb interview! Ken is my oven superhero!
I got my first starter from Oregon. Found a guy online, sent a self addressed stamped envelope and got back a dry starter in a plastic bag. So cool.
You guys are genuine bread brothers 🥖
cool that you got Ken Foreskin on the show
Love the podcast!!!!
Thanks!!
I bought his book Flour, Water, Salt, Yeast a few months ago. I saw his name and went OH SHIT. Thanks Tom!
As a Portlander - I'm glad Eugene put the squash on a bakery - we're the richer for it.
Salt, water, flour, and that thing we haven't seen in five months.
I have many good friends, but I would love to hang out w/ Tom.
Get a haircut you hippie... also you've inspired me to start baking bread
It's growing like crazy. In parts
