Okay, this is more related to the MIGRATION episode than the CONFRONTATION episode but I feel like I need to say it cause the realization I just had hit me like a ton of bricks and I feel a little silly for not realizing sooner 😅😅😅😅😅. So what I realized is that the whole conflict about Bob Roth trying to get Luka and Kitty Section to sign a contract was pointless and Bob would have still lost even if they signed because Kitty Section's members are all minors so them signing the contract would have been null and void more or less. Allow me to explain, now I don't know all the legalities in the entertainment industry but I'm pretty certain that the one common rule upheld in any industry is that any individual under the legal age of adulthood CANNOT make any legally binding decisions such as signing a contract without an adult present or an adult's approval, most preferably the minor's legal guardian's approval and signature. So Luka, Juleka, Rose and Ivan are all minors below the legal age therefore them signing the contract was null and void as it was neither approved nor signed by their parents. So instead of trying to force the kids to sign the contract, Bob Roth was supposed to convince their parents to approve and sign the contracts themselves as they are the kids' legal guardians so their say would be the binding agreement to the kids' fates concerning the contract but we all know that NONE of the parents would sign especially Anarka as they most likely saw on television how Bob treated their kids in the SILENCER situation so they wouldn't want their kids in a toxic situation like that. Also, even if Bob tricked one parent into signing, that signature would only represent one member and not the entire band and Kitty Section are adamant that they either play together or not at all, so only one signature wouldn't be binding against a majority who refuse to sign so the contract would still be null and void. Plus, wouldn't Jagged Stone have been on grounds to sue Bob Roth for harassment because Bob's harassing Jagged by harassing his kids to sign a contract which was not approved by Jagged who is Luka and Juleka's father. Anarka could also probably sue Bob Roth for trespassing on her property as he wasn't welcomed there by her and also for harassing her children and the other children on her boat as he antagonized the children to force them to sign a contract they didn't want to.
Honestly, whoever believed Marinette's handmade out of order sign needs to either get fired, demoted or get their head checked. Also, it worked well enough for the school to organise an _entire separate demountable COMPLETE WITH PLUMBING FOR SEVERAL TOILETS_ which would be a logistical nightmare. That sign must be enchanted or something

Recently I realized that whole Juleka akumatization scene was kinda pointless, messed with episode structure and wasted time which could be used in better way, like telling what Adrien got from Sabrina in his form 😂. Btw. Are you going to do at some point screaming session from the movie? That would be awesome!
