Ruby is a beautiful, lovely girl. Ruby has been albino since birth, so Ruby has naturally white skin and fur, and red eyes. Due to her albino condition, Ruby has poor vision and cannot survive on her own in the wild. She requires dedicated care, including nutrition and regular medical attention.

I appreciate your concern and would like to explain a few things without going into too much detail.
First, I do not make money from TH-cam. In fact, my channel does not have monetization enabled (although this may change in the future as Ruby requires significant food and medical care, but rest assured, you won't be charged a cent). The ads you see are placed by TH-cam, not by us.
Second, you've watched Ruby for just over 10 minutes, while she lives with us all day. You can't judge our care based on such a short amount of time. We take very good care of Ruby.
Third, we've only had Ruby for about a week after rescuing her from an animal trader. The issues you see are not the result of our care. We are doing our best to provide for her.
Fourth, Ruby is albino, but that doesn't make her a rare animal. She is a common monkey species currently dealing with health issues.
Fifth, I am confident that I have more experience caring for monkeys than most viewers. Many people make assumptions without a proper basis.
Sixth, Ruby is albino, weak, has very poor eyesight, and cannot survive in the wild. If you wish for Ruby to be returned to the forest, have you considered the consequences? Are you a true animal lover, compassionate and well-informed, or are you simply following the misguided opinions of a few uninformed individuals?

I call BS! I hope you treat, and give her the up most care that she needs, and stop feeling her junk foods! She should be eating more healthy foods that keeps her healthy. She’s a very special girl. Please do right by her.

That was great what you told the public. You are doing a great job. I think there are way to many nasty trolls on these sites .Ruby is beautiful. People act disgraceful on these sites so often. Bunch of “know nothings”who just like to spout nastiness.

If that is the case, as you claim, and you have a lot of experience with monkeys, then how do you explain why you are giving this animal chips. Absolutely poisonous for animals. Then you run to the doctor and ask what is wrong with Ruby. Even the doctor seems to have no idea. Albino animals and people are particularly sensitive creatures that need special care. A lot of things that normal animals need are poisonous. Question: what are you actually concerned about? If you care about animal welfare and you know about the specialness and rarity of these animals, why don't you put it in professional hands and do the doctoring yourself? If you supposedly aren't interested in making money with TH-cam, then why do you create a channel like this and not take the animal to professionals? I don't think you have any idea why albino animals are being born all over the world at the moment and what spiritual significance these animals have for the world. If you love this, then rethink your actions and decide for the welfare of the animal and not for your egoism. Thank you

These people are clueless on how to take care of monkey... same doctor Diana?
I've seen that same doctor with several monkeys. And lately, they all get an ultrasound for some reason.
Also watch mon and kaka monkey channel there are 2 other monkeys and family they all live in the same home and same car. These people don't care. Others noticed this to. He has yet to comment on what others have noticed. In one video you can see one of the monkey's tail from the other channel under the livingroom table. This rare monkey should never be in these people's hands. This monkey need special care of a sanctuary.

The owner said he rescued ruby about a week ago. Previously stated ruby was about 4 months old. He shows ruby at 2 months old in ruby shorts videos. So, which is it? A week or several months? Where did you get video of her at 2 months old? Poacher ?😂😂?

This monkey need special care. There are things she cannot be exposed to like direct sunlight or very bright light. Her immune system is different from a normal monkey. She is rare and should be in the care of a zoological facility who can give her the proper care she really needs. She's beautiful and want her to stay healthy.

The Mon and kaka channel responded to my comment only saying "follow and soon all secrets will be revealed." I'm not sure I like that comment, so I guess it is true. I think they are going to do something because they got caught. At least the other channel responded.
I agree with the fact she can’t live in the wild! Her vision does not allow to her focus on objects which would likely throw her balance off which judging distances and jumps in the air. Plus poachers would want her just bc of her being Albino. On the flip side please don’t feed her chips! That alone could cause her much pain and discomfort with all the preservatives and chemicals in processed foods! I hope they help you learn what is the best possible diet for Ruby to be on no matter the cost of formula! She is so special and precious!
there is even a Albino Orang Utan in Borneo which is with other Orang utans together at the sanctuary which are reintegrate all even the Albino in this group.............so every wild animal is better with their own species and with professional official peoples which knows what their need is

I'm not sure if you've never watched any other channel with baby monkeys and their owners in this part of the world but if you haven't ill let you know that telling the owners they aren't treating the baby right or asking them to do anything for the baby is the most common comment and they don't reply they don't ever do anything anyone suggests especially if it's something that will stop their money from coming in they for certain viewers I can't believe there's more of this kind of viewers than normal people but they like when a baby is stressed and crying or screaming it seems like every owners favorite thing to do is not let them cling pulling them off of them and leaving them alone either in a room to cry or to make them cry and search for them so you asking her to take better care or give the baby away is just a waste of your time its not going to happen im trying to figure out why utube doesn't take down channels that go against their guidelines and rules and what will it actually take for them to do that they used to but now not at all

I follow your channel because Ruby is such a unique animal. I don’t know how Ruby is or how long the animal trader had Ruby. Frankly, I am surprised she was allowed to thrive in the wild. In many species an albino is a lonely outsider to the pack/herd etcetera. It’s very possible Ruby would have been killed by alpha members of her troop. So, thanks for sharing the days and adventures Ruby experiences in life. You should request monetizing of Ruby’s channel right away!

English subtitles would not come on. I tried to get French, Hindi and Japanese. They did not come on. Vietnamese subtitles came on but I do not understand Vietnamese.

There are so many Monkey channels on TH-cam that obvious income generating for the channel owners. Rarely do they highlight adult monkeys that have lived in a domesticated environment.
I don’t know details for caring for an albino monkey so no advice from me. That doesn’t mean another commenter may not have expert advice that I can’t give.
Ruby is a beautiful animal that should thrive in private care. I’m also assuming Ruby required a healthy cost by the animal marketeers.
I appreciate the hours spent collecting and editing video of Ruby daily for production, including scenario and scene staging. It’s a real job to do it successfully. Thank you! And, yes “mother” is an attractive addition to Ruby’s reels.
