i dont know who that lady to the left thinks she is but is she fr heckling at kids as a grown adult??? seems kind of weird coming from a parent. where im from (at least for u18 and below) theres a document you have to sign saying that you will be respectful if you attend one of your kids games. she just constantly keeps saying these sarcastic comments that arent even funny

    Does number 29 have Tourettes?

non-aussie here. genuine question - is queensland generally a lower income region of the country or is it just this team that exhibits such behavior with the taunting and fingerwagging?

Genuine answer. Queensland are the benchmark. All states do exactly the same actions, Queensland just back it up with their actions on court. That's the difference.

@@uelebags perhaps, but, at least for this match, i'm not seeing that from your opponents. for their points scored, whether from their efforts or your errors, there isn't much directed towards your side of their court.
that may be something to take away to better represent your state, as it is clear that you are directing messages across the net with your consistent fingerwagging and then further signing across the net when your opponent misses a serve.
i'm sure queensland is a great state and people don't generally make an assessment of a foreign state from one game of high school volleyball, but it is not a good look. the libero is technically decent, and he would be just as decent without the trashtalking.

@dontchaworrychild Type up State of Origin, and you'll see the rivalry between these two states in particular. (Regardless the sport) Each to their own and how they conduct themselves, the finger wagging and taunting are mainly mindgames as both teams know each other and are good friends off the court. Most of these players play Junior Aus or are in that system, so there's no malice in the actions, just a good rivalry between two passionate states. Peep the round game, between these two teams. (I've also posted it on my channel) it also creates a great atmosphere and vibe, (for those who attended) I can agree some of the phrases from both parties being shouted out, can be a bit overboard, but when the game is complete, they all hang out and interact as if the game did not happen.

@@uelebags this! I thank you for taking the time to educate me on this rivalry and providing me the insight on where the extras may be coming from. it's good to know they're all friends/friendly acquintances and i can see that for mostly all the players. I enjoy a good rivalry like the next guy and appreciate the passion in keeping the sport going the world over!
