@@RadBrad11 me toooo! It's so weird. Sometimes the dream is different but I am like,oh ya ... This is _that_ place.
One day it even happened that I knew I was in a dream. Not initially but later. I couldn't bear the dream at all. So I started screaming in my dream hoping that my real self would scream as well. So that my mom would hear & wake me up. But it didn't happen. I didn't scream in real life. I just... Woke up in the middle of the night. Looked around & went back to sleep😂

Does anyone have dreams from years ago and still remmber them and sometimes have a repeated dream over and over? And sometimes I can control my dreams but that is really rare. I've been trying to be more of a lucid dreamer from time to time. And it seems as if it is working but still my lucid dreams are not as common for some reason.

SandyValentino Crown me too, for me i was stuck in a loop. I guess that explains my fear of doing the same thing over and over in life. But there was another one that was weird.. like there was a person sitting on a chair in a room lit with black lights.. and it started bleeding black making a puddle.. i then got scared and moved back and fell out a window, landing in roses with thorns and i could actually feel the pain. I would always have the same nightmares, they were never different. They were either Loops, Aliens or the rose

Once I had a sleep paralysis episode where I astral projected from my body and saw myself laying in bed, a dark figure breaking in from my window to come and lay on top of me, crushing the air from my lungs and telling me I was “going to die and go to hell and God hated* me”. Pretty sure those were demons messing with me. I haven’t had any episodes since then but I’ve been trying to be an obedient Christian now.

I would like to share my experiences with regard to deep sleep meditation, especially since I’m somewhat new to this process (10-12 months). Any other lucid dreamers out there? I have worked at it for years, but I still struggle to gain control a lot of the times...I can fly, and do some other cool stuff, but when the dreams turn to nightmares, I have a hard time getting out of them. I have a "safe word", but it makes the realistic dream all the more terrifying when I cannot get out. I have always had "realistic" dreams, but didn't try to take control of them until my late teen years. I have spent many years honing it in, but don't necessarily take it very seriously until a particularly aweful dream lights the proverbial fire. My missions to become more "in control" never last long. Life, work, relationships, and other everyday tasks always take precedence. Anybody else out there feel the same?

Have you ever dreamed where your senses are very strong, the feeling, the emotion and its almost not a dream cause it feels like you were inside for hours or days or even years. But when you wake up you can only remember a very small fragment but the emotion, senses and every feeling is still there and you're panicking not to forget a very small scenario you remember and then it slowly fades away. And then there you are 5 or 10 years later doing your business in the same scenario your mind suddenly screams WHAT THE HECK THIS WAS MY DREAM BEFORE!
*In my experience this random "de ja vu" is connected to significant moments of my life, it's almost like checkpoints in a game.

Pretty good story, add some superfluous vocabulary and id believe it was a Lovecraft story.
I actually meditated in a dream the other day. I had fallen off a cliff and was badly hurt, so I carefully focused on turning off each of my senses until I could hear, feel or see anything. When i opened my eyes I was nowhere before quickly traveling somewhere else. I think i basically reset my dream. (After i woke up i tried it again but unsurprisingly nothing happened) Not exactly teleporting to the cosmic dream dimension, but it was cool. I can also totally relate to the scissor guys face, i have a hard time remembering faces so most of the time people in my dreams will sorta look like that (they don't really have faces at all but my brains telling me they do, its hard to explain)

I have lucid dreams. I can only control what I'm doing, like the scene is set and I just fell into the world. When the nightmares are too hard I can usually turn to a old room sometimes at a school or farm at a workshop, but it's filled with old books I've read, movies I've seen, photos I'd looked at even photos, from other dreams. I learned I could fall asleep in my dreams and keep going each time further things changed for the scarier, I felt a loss of control and I decided not to do that sometimes I could see a photo from other dreams and go to them by falling also but after that I decided not to. I've had really crazy dreams over the years.

I've had a lucid dream recently but like.. it was kinda complicated , like I saw my friend busy crying and then I saw my crush. I was walking towards my friend when all of a sudden I felt this weird strong force pull me towards my crush. I pushed through it and I was following my friend when the force tried pulling me someplace else. I ended up walking towards my crush and I couldn't feel the force anymore. I'm just curious to know what the force was. I'm pretty sure that my friend and my crush don't have anything to do with it cause the same force happened in another dream. Anyways , when me and my crush were about to hold hands the force pulled me away. Idk what happened but that is weird. I have another dream story but this comment is already too long so I'm just gonna leave it.
