LOL. You are not alone, I quess quite a few Chinese speaking persons do not understand the words either. The gentleman is brushing in semi-cursive font and in traditional chinese characters. I have also noticed watching clip on TH-cam so far that when it comes to calligraphy, they are mostly, if not always, in traditional Chinese. I wonder if there is a reason for that.
