400gm Boneless Mutton
2 Pinch Salt
100ml Water
6 Green Chilli
1 Big Onion
2 pcs Ginger
6-7 Garlic Cloves
2 Tomato
10-12 Cashew
2tsp Poppy Seeds
4tbsp Cooking Oil
1tsp Coriander Powder
1/2tsp Garam Masala
100-150gm Grind Curd
100gm Malai
1/4tsp Garam Masala
3 Egg
Salt to Taste
1 Fist Coriander Leaves

Apun ka tadka laalmirchi zeera desi ghee ka hotaich naa, dhooaan se poore ghar ke bhoot-pret, balla baag jaate ,bole to! Choohey bhi aur padosi bhi. Haha.
