Tater tot casserole and mama’s chocolate cobbler

Tater tot casserole recipe
32 ounce bag of tater tots
1 pound of ground beef (I used 2 pounds)
1/2 teaspoon garlic, onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
One can of cheddar soup
One can cream of mushroom soup
1/3 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 can to one can whole kernel corn
Brown, ground beef, add seasonings, add sour cream, soups, and corn, mixed together well. Top with frozen tater tots. Cook 50 minutes in a 350° oven.
Chocolate cobbler recipe
Two sticks of butter
1 1/2 cup of self rising flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup of milk
One cup of sugar
6 tablespoons of cocoa
3/4 to 1 cup of hot water
3/4 cup of milk
 preheat oven to 350°
Melt two sticks of butter in a 9 x 13 pan
Mix one and 1/2 cup flour, one and 1/2 cup sugar and 3/4 cup of milk and whisk together, pour over melted butter
Combine one cup of sugar and 6 tablespoons cocoa, and sprinkle over flour mixture. Do not stir.
Combine 3/4 of a cup to one cup hot water and 3/4 of a cup milk and pour over sugar mixture. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
