I thought I was the only one who had trouble getting those canister things to seal! Awesome tractor! I've got one myself, a 1956. They are torquey for no bigger than they are
this is cool!! my grandma has a 58 and it ran when parked and has been stored undercover its whole life and it only has a few tiny spots of rust. ive been wanting to get it running for a while but im not really sure on where to start to get it running
If it's been stored out of the weather, change the oil and filter, top off the coolant, put in some fresh fuel, a good 6 volt battery and see if she'll fire up. I was really surprised this one started so easily and it was sitting outside for years. I'd recommend non-ethanol fuel if you can find it and some stabile additive, ethanol is terrible on carburetors that aren't used regularly.
