Ya for shirt for me its Front, material tag, pit to pit, length, sleeve, then tag then back. And pants are front, inseam, rise, waist, tag, material, back full and close up of pocket tag area.

You Tuber James wraps tape, sticky side out, around two of his fingers and that acts as a lint roller. I tried it, works great!

All of 2022 it was 30-35. I have a newborn son and working on building TH-cam so it has been inconsistent this year. At least 20, some days 40-45 if I push on days I have more time. The sales have been similar to last year maybe 1k-2k less a month.
Could you do a video on how to "connect" the Rollo printer to eBay? I bought a Rollo last year and thought I was all set until Rollo asked for my credit card information. I thought there was some sort of connection with eBay so I expected my shipping labels to be subtracted from my eBay payouts, per usual ... so, I didn't provide my credit card info to Rollo and instead returned the printer. I was confused, so I decided not to go any further with the setup.

So, you make about $3 or so per item just in shipping costs that are less than what the buyer paid?? I don't have a set $8.99 shipping fee, but maybe I should. I actually put in the weight and dimensions.
Yes about $3-$4 but I accept low offers on the price of the item.
Buyers are wise to the total cost. I accept a lot of offers at $10 plus $8.99 shipping. So if I had $5.99 shipping I would see offers come in at around $13.
I saw one of your videos where you said you don't steam or wash any of the clothing, but I find that things from Goodwill have an odor, especially from the "bins". Any complaints from your buyers??
I do not shop at the bins, I buy everything off the racks. I do about 1 load of laundry a week but a viewer mention every piece needing to be washed per policy but that same policy mention you can not sell stained items. Their are a lot of stained items on eBay. If I smell anything odors it absolutely gets washed. If I buy it at the thrift store and it smells clean I do not see how much cleaner it can get from a second wash. Especially if it sits in inventory for a few months.
I suppose the best practice is to wash every item.
Oh wow, I missed it! I really wanted to ask you a question too! I've had my ebay shop open for about two months and am now up to over 400 listings and over 100 sales. Sales have been gradually increasing as I've added more items. Last week I actually had my first 10 sale day and it was so exciting! However, for some reason everything has come to a screeching halt and my store pretty much died. I am not doing anything differently and am still listing at least 10 new listings a day. For the last 4 days I have only had 2 sales and very few watchers or interest whatsoever. I have to say I"m super discouraged, it's really disappointing after having workded so hard. Is it normal for this to happen? My prices are good and I haven't changed anything as far as how I list things. Why would I go from selling really well to complete silence? Has this ever happened to you?

As far as slow sales they happen occasionally for my. I’d suggest sending out offers as much as possible or maybe run a sale. If could be the best of your items have sold and what is left are just slower movers.

Here's an idea if it appeals to you. You obviously know a lot about fabrics. To have broad appeal in one video you could have a title like fabrics that sell for $ on ebay- beginner to advanced. Then do your video in order so advanced sellers can scroll to the end. Hold up the fabrics and wave them around to discuss drape. I would do a series instead of just one. I can think of breaking it up into 20 videos because there are so many fabrics and blends. And when you get into dress shirts and different types of cotton it can get crazy. A lot of sellers get confused with athletic wear fabrics and styles. You understand shrinkage and fit and how that might affect returns or maybe require more measurements. We're getting into big season for shorts and using them might be fun for demonstration. Don't forget seersucker! I'm kinda describing the menswear manifesto for fabrics which probably took him sooo long to put together. So maybe just summer fabrics or athletic fabrics. Let Ragnar decide.

I have not really gone to deep into it but it came down to storage, shipping, and getting hit with massive returns was soul crushing.
Clothes have their challenges but I felt that was the best way to grow a more consistent income. In this video I sold my wife Wii U and I occasionally pick up shoes and an electronic every once in a while.
