Yesterday I tried this remedy on my daughter’s hair.... literally she had bumps of dandruff every where on her scalp, like patches of (sikri) dandruff pieces attached to the scalp. Hi Qodiq, if you have dandruff, using baking soda once a week is fine, and you don't have to leave it in your hair for long, right after you apply on the scalp, you can wash your hair to get rid of dandruff.

It's not left on long and the shampoo and then acv spray help balance hair pH after. Definitely shouldnt use the baking soda more than once every week or two
