I love Halestorm!! I see that Lzzy lives in Nashville so I wish they would do more shows here in town. I got to see them back in February and they rock hard!!
I like seeing these kind of pedal views of artists, cause it's true when it comes to heavier music, a tubescreamer is essential and the boss chromatic tuner seems to be standard, that's all I use myself plus an eq pedal or two for lead boost or thickening up sounds and another for making clean sounds either more crisp and dirty or super punchy and natural in an acoustic style.
That's fine...it is inspring...but....sig guitar and guitar hero worthy? Like SRV Rik Emmitt worthy? I say NOT. Don't elevate her just because she's a girl that;s insulting.
Only 4 pedals (2 not coloring the tone). Refreshing to hear the amp for once. I like a setup like that too. Plus a girl who plays thru a 1960 lead and 5150 is pretty hot. Sick guitar too.
They are from PA but Lzzy lives in Nachville right now. She said it in the beginning: "Right now you're in my home studio in Nashville, Tennessee". She also mentioned that she moved to Nashville in another interview.
HALE TO LIZZY HALE . THAT'S DAMN ROCKNROLL WITH ERIC CHURCH JUST BLEW ME AWAY, WHAT A SUPAFORMANCE and those HEELS N BLACK LEATHER , 100% ROCK GODDESS (110%)
You guys do realise she's primarily a singer right? Do you also bag out Corey Taylor whenever he picks up a guitar? Or Dave Grohl? She's not claiming to be the next Steve Vai.
Lzzy deserves a Grammy for her powerful voice, not for her guitar skills. If her award was because of her guitar playing, I don't think that would be well deserved.
I believe it's the Randy Rhoads sig head she's had for years, but just recently(last 3 or so months) started using again(which I'm way too happy she's doing)
The guitar shes playing is the Gibson exployer not the epiphone version. Still the epiphone version is a sweet guitar i have the signature series in white...Well built instrument. and plays and sounds great out of the case ..I mean unless you had a Gibson version side by side with the Epiphone playing , you wont notice the difference to much .She plays great and man shes got some vocals..
You rock Lizzy, keep up the great job and best of luck with your career! Love your tone and chops. Just heard your Dio cover "Straight Through the Heart" the other day, so awesome. Check out my solo disc "All the Madness" by Eddings-Cornelius for some rockin originals if you have a chance. Forever in quest of the holy tone. Love and Peace.
what amp is that dammit? is that a RR1959 or is it just a White Plexi? I don't care about that "less is more" stuff, I thought you guys were gonna show us the gear!
it's just a jcm 800. marshall called her up after signature guitar came out and asked if she wanted her amp to match. so they did the white with gold writing
Holy shit, ya mean she plugged into a 1959RR. Girl knows what greatness is. Simple greatness always wins out next to the amp with massive frills and features. Simple gear chicks rule as well haha lol. Besides ya just don't need all that shit in the chain like the majority thinks. Kool gear interview spot on because a heavy guitar and a simple amp is King of the jungle......................1959 cranked equals........Roar roar. Either little somewhat clean roar roar's with guitar vol rolled back, or big roar roars at full tilt lol.
I'm in Love with Lzzy!... incredible performer!... and beyond Gorgeous
Love the way she played What Were You Expecting in the interview. I'm only 12 but i'm Lzzy Hale's BIGGEST FRIKIN FAN! Girl power!
she is so awesome in so many ways. I admire her and I love Halestorm. the whole band kicks @$$.
Lzzy Hale has got the pain with the game in the heat of metal! 🤘🤘🤘🤘🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
How could you not LOVE LOVE LZZY? SHE'S AMAZING
The way you play is so awesome love it
I really love what you asked Gibson to do to this model. It looks amazing. You did the model justice and made it more itself. Thank you.
say what you want. either you like it or you don't and I love it. every album and live show have been amazing. voice and guitar. ROCK on LZZY
I love Halestorm!! I see that Lzzy lives in Nashville so I wish they would do more shows here in town. I got to see them back in February and they rock hard!!

Loved you in Device's - Close my eyes forever. You and David sound just amazing together.
Kickass girl with a kickass guitar! Keeping it simple and genuine definitely is rock and roll, and so is she. Good fat, crunchy tone she gets too.
Love love her!
Heels + Gibson guitar = Hotness!
Lzzy is a badass! Gotta love a simple rig getting a killer tone.
Short and sweet setup, less to break mid tour, more direct sounding, hooray all round! plus REALLY nice Explorer.
There's just something about rock n roll girls who can play guitar man..... Just so inspiring and attractive. I love her!
Jasmine Simmons yep! Ladies doin’ it for themselves!
That's fine...it is inspring...but....sig guitar and guitar hero worthy? Like SRV Rik Emmitt worthy? I say NOT. Don't elevate her just because she's a girl that;s insulting.
Steve K I’m elevating her because she’s amazing at what she does & is incredibly talented & she just so happens to be a woman.
What a beautiful explorer
Lizzie Hale is one of a kind. Not many American girl rock n rollers around. You need to go to Japan to find one now a days. Rocking America.
Those shoes are amazing!
Only 4 pedals (2 not coloring the tone). Refreshing to hear the amp for once. I like a setup like that too.
Plus a girl who plays thru a 1960 lead and 5150 is pretty hot. Sick guitar too.
im starting to fall in luv with this BADTHANG...and the guitar is nice too.
Love your crunch sound Liz.

They are from PA but Lzzy lives in Nachville right now. She said it in the beginning: "Right now you're in my home studio in Nashville, Tennessee". She also mentioned that she moved to Nashville in another interview.
She's so beautiful.
Lizzy is a Rock and Roll purist. She is the Lita Ford of this generation.
Pffffft!!!! 😝😝😝
Lita could play circles around her!
I Love you Lzzy . you are awesome
mann i love that woman
I love you Lzzy, you rock!!!
Best guitar tone ever.

The HOTTEST WOMAN IN ROCK, PERIOD.............................
Amen brotha.
Cyrus De Virus She is pretty attractive, yeah
Nice, EVH 5150 III! Just got mine on Thursday.
cette guitare est absolument magnifique.
I live in her hometown of Red Lion I would see them at the tavern across the street and the Tourist inn. So cool to see they made it

Classy and she rocks it's. ❤ it
HALE TO LIZZY HALE . THAT'S DAMN ROCKNROLL WITH ERIC CHURCH JUST BLEW ME AWAY, WHAT A SUPAFORMANCE and those HEELS N BLACK LEATHER , 100% ROCK GODDESS (110%)

coltube01 so, can't rythm guitarists have signatures or a gear review or whatever? you know they exist, right?
James Hetfield comes to mind...
she's self made. she knows her shit. that's all that matters.
Sergi Yo rhythm*
@@davenelson859 ok boomer
@@davenelson859 You could speak your mind a little more respectfully
yes they are from Pa but she has said many times and even posted pictures of them living in Nashville.
If you think this woman isn't hot there is something wrong with you.
She okayish
Yeah, she's hot but her playing is NOT! She's a mediocre guitarist at best.
Reminds me of James Hetfield's ESP EET FUK
Nice guitar nice amps nice set up sounds good
Im in LUUUUVVVV
LOVE YOU
Lzzy deserves a Grammy for her powerful voice, not for her guitar skills. If her award was because of her guitar playing, I don't think that would be well deserved.
She's no Randy Rhodes with her riffs but she can rock out nonetheless.
goddamn i love her
i like this girl... 100% real and badass mmm lovin it!
that guiter sound is so addictive
very cool
Cool stuff
V ery interesting !
Thanks
Lizzy Said...Plug and Play. yummm
I wonder if there happened to be an acylic light up guitar from a fan on the wall of her studio. She said it was there.
Yes
she is real good too !
Damn, you are sooo......ugh, tugs at my heart strings!!
Nice to see her rockin' the Marshall 1959RR again...
I like that Explorer- nice details and the gold pick guard is unique. She has a very basic set up- all I would add is a noise gate.
Gibson
Marshall
plug in
tune up
jam out
that's rock baby!
I believe it's the Randy Rhoads sig head she's had for years, but just recently(last 3 or so months) started using again(which I'm way too happy she's doing)
She's so talented at her guitar, he amazing voice sometimes makes you forget
Killer gear, killer room and the girl can sing - what's not to like? 👍
The guitar shes playing is the Gibson exployer not the epiphone version. Still the epiphone version is a sweet guitar i have the signature series in white...Well built instrument. and plays and sounds great out of the case ..I mean unless you had a Gibson version side by side with the Epiphone playing , you wont notice the difference to much .She plays great and man shes got some vocals..
why cant i meet a woman like Lizzy?
She kicks ass, their cover of Ride the Lightning was great
this is an awesome chick.
She's so bad-ass ^_^
0:31 "Freak Like Me"
1:14 "What Were You Expecting"
1:48 "You Call Me A Bitch Like It's A Bad Thing"
2:23 ???
Why riff is she playing at the begginning?
Where did you hear she lives in Nashville? They are from pa
Gibson better put her sig into production fast, because that guitar is BEAUTIFUL.
Anyone knows that riff she plays at 2:20?
marco guzman Any time at all with the Beatles.
Just like to say not my cup of tea but hey each to their own. Good luck to her and she got a signature model guitar not many people got that.
The cover of the American Musical Supply
You rock Lizzy, keep up the great job and best of luck with your career! Love your tone and chops. Just heard your Dio cover "Straight Through the Heart" the other day, so awesome. What was that songs she was playing the opening?
Damn, y'all salty down in the comments.....
Omg....those heels....
what amp is that dammit? is that a RR1959 or is it just a White Plexi? I don't care about that "less is more" stuff, I thought you guys were gonna show us the gear!
it's just a jcm 800. marshall called her up after signature guitar came out and asked if she wanted her amp to match. so they did the white with gold writing
I love the white Marshall amp head. Randy Rhoads, anyone?
At 2:26 I thought she was gonna start playing Green Machine by Kyuss haha
Kyuss rules!
Allen Collins of Skynyrd also played an Explorer and Firebird, just saying
What riff
That explorer is even more gorgeous than the woman playing it. Somehow.
Is this guitar limited ?
What's the into song
What song is she playing at 32 seconds?
i need to know as well :(
Master at the start?
